Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff.

Got room on 16th floor with great view over Happy Valley. Bed was comfortable and room very silent and clean.

Room was bit outdated, some renovation needed. Also amenities are close to nothing.

just the cleaning lady didnt change the bedsheet everyday and the room she just changing the towels hope nextime will be good in 17 floor

Location is great! Great if you don't take MTR. I used to live in HK so taking trams and other transportations is easy for me. If you like to go to Causeway Bay, it's very close. There are so much to eat and shop around the area. There is a laundry next to the basket ball court in the alley. Great service, fast and cheap! Cleaners are nice and friendly.

Expect Jason (I think it's his name), most porters just stared at you when you walk in. Some may press the lift button for you. There are a few steps before the entrance of the hotel. No porter is there to help you move your heavy bags when you arrived. The check in place is located on the 2nd floor amongst all the rooms. It's ridiculous, you can barely find it. The staff there is completely miserable. I stayed for 3 weeks, and there is no water provided except on the first day. there is no tea or coffee. The WIFI is slow at night and the night porter told me to just suck it up. Wallpapers are peeling off and moldy. The air is stuffy and it smells. I'm already on the Executive Floor. Honestly, I know your location is great but one can't just sell your hotel with this feature alone. I'll suggest you to visit Orange hotel in Taiwan Ximen. They really run the hotel with heart and passion. There are little things you can do which will not cost a lot.

The twin bed was big and the staffs were very helpful, especially Henry who went above and beyond to assist my stay.

la struttura e’ in ristrutturazione ma non l’hanno specificato su Booking, per cui niente bar, niente ristorante ecc… Ho prenotato una camera superior, c’era un odore di muffa insopportabile. Ho dovuto farmi dare la solita camera base ma oramai avendo già pagato prima i soldi pagati in più sono stati persi. Da più di 20 anni vado al Charterhouse ma ho giurato di non metterci più piede
